1. These t-shirts. I am a person who lives in t-shirts, and I can honestly say that I have never worn one more comfortable. And I definitely only paid half of what the retail price is, because even though I love them, $28 for a t-shirt? Who do you think I am?

5. Writing conferences and the fantastic people who attend them (related: winning third place in poetry contests at writing conferences is also nice).
6. Seeing my favorite band live for the fifth (or sixth…I can’t remember) time. I could do without the fact that I still can’t hear properly a day later, but eh. The sacrifices you make for being in the front (those sacrifices also include being kicked in the face by crowdsurfers and climbed on by event staff removing said crowdsurfers from the tops of peoples’ heads).
